About Jill:

Jill Monum is currently the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement at Grameen America, a nonprofit microfinance organization providing small loans to low-income women entrepreneurs. In this role, Jill serves as the strategic lead in developing corporate partnerships to advance Grameen America’s mission and support the organization’s overall fundraising goals. An accomplished corporate social responsibility and nonprofit leader, Jill has spent her career focused on mission driven work with an emphasis on women’s empowerment and human rights. Her career experience includes leading the Avon Foundation’s global philanthropy program development in more than 50 countries where she focused on empowering women through health initiatives and efforts to reduce domestic and gender-based violence. Jill has experience in strategic fundraising, cause marketing and brand management, operational development, global philanthropy and has consulted for national nonprofit organizations. She graduated with a BA in political science from Arizona State University and received a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

WHAT IS IT?
We are a community of development professionals, gathering monthly to support each other in our fundraising work. The majority of the sessions will be focused on topics related to fundraising mastery. We will workshop and address individual challenges while sharing insight and wisdom with one another.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

The 12 month program is completely free of charge!

WHAT IS REQUIRED? 
We will require a brief sign up process to ensure a good fit and to make sure there is an equal level of commitment from participants. We will request each member to commit to attending as many sessions as possible and to share their reflections and feedback after each session.

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THE ROUNDTABLE

  • An Authentic Community. We’ve designed The Roundtable to connect, support and encourage each other. 

  • Fundraising Mastery. You’ll have access to any materials related to the monthly topic.  You can also share your specific questions and case scenarios to workshop and receive advice, ideas and feedback on. 

  • Larger Network and Resources. You’ll have access to “Inner Impact Circle” through which you’ll be invited to various speaker series and events through this larger network.
