How It Works
How the program works
BI-WEEKLY SESSIONS
Every other week, we’ll meet on Zoom for a 90-minute live group session where we cover topics like imposter syndrome, setting healthy boundaries and how to best advocate yourself. The sessions will be facilitated to combine coaching, masterminding, structured exercises, and leveraging the knowledge, wisdom, skills and intuition of the group to further your journey.
COMMUNITY
The Program is designed to leverage the group’s collective wisdom for exponential growth. You’ll be connected with your fellow cohort members to share your action steps, provide accountability, and cheer each other on for the purpose of sharing with your peers without any judgment or repercussions.
1:1 BREAKTHROUGH COACHING SESSION
To further facilitate personal growth, each participant will be able to schedule one 50-minute Breakthrough Coaching session.
ACTION STEPS
The Program is action-oriented and productive. At the end of each bi-weekly session you’ll have generated action steps that you’ll continue to implement during the off-weeks to keep growing and practicing.
