CoreClarity Personal Discovery Workshop and Team Dynamics Workshop

The Personal Discovery Workshop is the first phase of the In-Powering People and Teams Program. This four-hour session workshop helps participants identify, understand and appreciate their individual talents. In the Team Dynamics Workshop, participants will actively engage with their assessment results to discover more about their talents and how to build their lives around them. The Personal Discovery Workshop can be offered as a stand-alone session, but for intact teams it’s highly recommended that the Team Dynamics Workshop be included for maximum impact. The Highlands Ability Battery


The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is the gold-standard among tools assessing human abilities and aptitudes. It objectively measures your natural, hard-wired abilities. As part of the Highlands Whole Person Model, the HAB is the foundation and starting point to identify the career best suited for you. The HAB is unique in that it measures your abilities based on performance rather than perception. Exercises such as recreating designs from memory, manipulating blocks in space, and putting images in logical sequence are some of the virtual tasks you are asked to perform within a set amount of time. Results based on timed performance are far more reliable than results based on self-perception or personal opinion. The HAB consists of 19 virtual work samples that are taken online over an estimated three hours in total. You do not have to take the whole Battery at once, but can do each work sample individually or break them up into smaller groups. 

After you complete all 19 work samples, you will receive customized reports that provide insights into how you think, what makes you tick, and where you will thrive. Your results are revealed in an individual analyses report of more than 30+ pages. The report begins with your personal profile, showing the score achieved for each ability and its significance as it relates to your personality, your motivation, how you learn, communicate, solve problems, and make decisions. HAB reports also include an interactive career supplement that combines your personal style with what motivates you to reveal personal patterns of abilities.

 

Energy Leadership Index™

The Energy Leadership Index assessment provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. It measures your ability to lead people, including yourself, to take positive, productive, and sustainable action. The assessment also measures how involved or engaged you are in your roles and tasks on the job and at home. Finally, it measures your potential leadership ability by your level of consciousness, your awareness about who you are, and what life is about. Studies prove that higher levels of consciousness are associated with higher levels of success in life, including success in finances, relationships, personal development, achievement, and more.

Leadership 360 Feedback Systems

A 360º feedback system is a process by which multiple people in your professional life rate you according to their observations of you, These raters can come from any aspect of your professional life. The assessment gives understanding to how someone is seen through others’ eyes and how intentions and image are coming across. This information offers opportunity to improve your performance on the job as well as to improve your relationships.
